Return Policy
By their very nature radio-control
vehicles are subject to wear and breakage of parts
due to normal usage, accidents and incorrect
installation of parts by the user.
All
manufacturers have excellent warranties on key
components like motors and radios, and in the event
of any fault the fastest way to get them repaired is
to contact the manufacturer for service.
All Radio
Control vehicles, electronics, and motors can be
exchanged within 30 days as long as they are
unopened/unused.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON R/C
vehicles
the customer must contact the
manufacturer for warranty service.
Radio control parts can refunded or exchanged within 14 days if unopened/unused.
OTHER ITEMS - 14 days refund or exchange if unused/unopened. For plastic model kits that are missing parts the customer must contact the model's manufacturer for part replacement service.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE UNUSED/UNOPENED
ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE RECIEPT
